Ashish Acharya, the visionary founder of Full Time Employee LLC, brings a wealth of expertise and a global perspective to the company. With a keen eye for identifying market gaps and an entrepreneurial drive, Ashish has successfully launched and managed multiple ventures, leveraging local and global talent to deliver exceptional client value.

Residence:

Born in Nepal, Ashish moved to the United States for his college education and is now a proud U.S. citizen.
Currently based in Florida, U.S., Ashish continues to expand his entrepreneurial ventures while maintaining strong ties to his roots.

Started Career at EY in Atlanta in 2013

Started career at Ernst and Young (EY) in Atlanta, gaining experience in accounting and tax services for Fortune 500 companies.

Established an office in Nepal in 2020

With the establishment of our Nepal office, we are tapping into local talent for cost-effective solutions, fostering team cohesion, and driving innovation in service delivery. This is evident in Ashish's quarterly visits, where he personally connects with the team, collaborates on projects, and facilitates retreats.
