Sushmita Shrestha

During high school, Sushmita began her career as a receptionist and administrative assistant while working toward her bachelor's degree. She later transitioned into data entry, spending over four years in an outsourcing company while completing her studies. Unsure of her career path, she explored roles in education, travel, healthcare, and multinational corporations. Eventually, she discovered her passion for accounting within an outsourcing firm, where she experienced significant personal and professional growth. With nearly nine years of experience, Sushmita is grateful to be part of FTE, where she has thrived as she approaches a decade in her career.
