As the Marketing Lead at INVESTOR FRIENDLY CPA®, she leverages her expertise in marketing strategy, mortgage operations, and loan origination to help real estate investors navigate the financial landscape with confidence.

Her career began at Guaranteed Rate before she transitioned to Silverton Mortgage, where she gained hands-on experience in both mortgage operations and sales and marketing. With over five years in the industry, Kinsley has developed a deep understanding of how lending, real estate, and marketing intersect to drive business growth.

A graduate of Georgia State University, she balanced the demands of earning her Marketing degree while competing as a Division 1 softball athlete—an experience that shaped her discipline, teamwork, and strategic mindset. Now, as an Account Manager, she is passionate about helping businesses scale by identifying the right hires and supporting teams in building strong, high-performing foundations.
